In order to create a more accepting environment, we must include all gender identities. The Trans Safe Space movement, and the issues and communities it supports, must be fully represented in feminism. To achieve this, we must listen to concerns about language, triggers, and mis-gendering. We must consult our trans community to ensure that trans issues receive the full attention they deserve. We must also remember that trans people come from every background and are subject to many forms of oppression, including homophobia, racism, and mis-gendering.
